This privacy policy explains how SASU Dynamic Foundries ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use JSONyfier.com ("the Site"), in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (Loi Informatique et Libertés).
JSON input and locally opened files stay in your browser. The tools do not upload that content to JSONyfier or pass it to analytics. Ordinary page requests still expose technical request metadata to our hosting infrastructure.
This Site does not require you to create an account or provide personal information. We may automatically collect the following data when you visit the Site:
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) |
|---|---|
| Website analytics (Google Analytics, consent-gated) | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Technical operation and security of the Site | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Legal compliance | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 26 months from the date of collection. Server logs containing IP addresses are retained for 12 months for security and legal purposes.
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
| Service | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| OVH SAS | Web hosting | France (EU) |
| Google LLC (Google Analytics) | Website analytics (consent-gated) | United States (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) |
This Site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — for the following purposes:
Use Cookie settings in any page footer to accept or refuse optional analytics. Your choice is stored in the cookie_consent cookie for up to one year. Refusing after acceptance clears the site analytics cookies and reloads the page without the analytics script. JSON tools work without analytics consent. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings.
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@dynamic-foundries.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the French data protection authority:
Some of our sub-processors may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date of the last update is indicated at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
